Sellpy — Reasons to choose
Just like the unique items Sellpy sells, their customers are one-of-a-kind. Each has their own needs, habits, and reasons for choosing Sellpy.
Take Soukie for example. She loves experimenting with style but hates talking to sellers. Or Sebastien. He’s been a premium scarf-collector since 2014. Or Annie’s mom, who can’t believe how fast someone can outgrow boots (or hobbies). Or Lise who loves buying home decor second hand and needs her 30 days to decide.
In this campaign, each buyer persona is given a face, a name, a personality, a shopping cart – and their own reasons to choose Sellpy.
The campaign was rolled out across all markets where H&M Group owned Sellpy is available — on the landing page, in the app, and on paid social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
